Rosa Rodriguez Williams (born October 4,1971) is an American educator. She is the step-mother of current NBA player Michael Carter-Williams.
Williams studied sociology at University of Massachusetts, Amherst and graduated with a BA in 1997. Williams received a master's degree from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work in Community Organizing. Williams worked as a Program Director and Manager, Director of Admissions and Latino Student Cultural Center.
She speaks spanish fluently and works as a spanish teacher. Throughout her professional career, she has successfully created innovative programs, planned major conferences and events, advised students and students groups and set strategy and vision, while successfully managing organization.
She married former Salem State men's basketball player Earl Williams. Their son, Adrian Jamal Williams, was born on February 20, 2000 and Earl has one son Michael with his ex-girlfriend Mandy Zegarowski. Michael is a member of the Orlando Magic, while Adrian plays basketball in high school.
