Masey Zegarowski (born March 5, 1997) is an American basketball player at Bryant University.

Prior to enrolling at Bryant, she played basketball for three high schools, and is the younger sister of current NBA player Michael Carter-Williams.

Early Life

Zegarowski is the daughter of Zach and Mandy Zegarowski, and has three brothers: Michael, Marcus, and Max. Both of her parents played basketball during college and were both high school basketball coaches. All three of her brothers are currently playing basketball: Michael is a member of the Houston Rockets, Marcus plays point guard for Creighton University and Max plays shooting guard for Lynn University.

High School

For her first two years of high school she played basketball at Ipswich High School in Ipswich, Massachusetts coached by her mother Mandy Zegarowski. She led the Ipswich Tigers to a 37-9 record including two Cape Ann League titles, and was named the 2013 Salem News Player of the Year. She transferred to Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire and reclassified as a sophomore. Zegarowski, tore ligaments in her knee at practice, forcing her to sit out an entire 2013-2014 season.  As a junior, she averaged 18 points per game and five assists, but Brewster finished 6-17 on the season.

As a senior, she later transferred to and graduated from Tilton School in Tilton, New Hampshire, where her team won New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC) championship. In addition to basketball, she also participated in soccer and track and field. Before her lone season began at Tilton School, Zegarowski committed to the Bryant University over offers from Villanova, Cornell, Yale, Colgate and UMass Lowell.

College Career

Freshmen Year

Zegrowski had a decent season her freshmen year. She appeared in 29 games, earning 13 starts, while averaging 18.2 minutes per game and entered double-figures five times in her freshman campaign. She scored a career-high 14 points on two occasions, both occurring in NEC games.

Sophomore Year

In her sophomore year, Zegarowski played in 30 games for the Bulldogs, earning starts in the final 22 contests, averaging 24.6 minutes a game. She scored 6.1 points and corralled 2.3 rebounds per game, tallied double-figures on seven occassions inlcuding career-high 22 points on 8-of-12 shooting versus Saint Francis and Hit a game-winning jumper versus Mount St. Mary's on Feb. 17, a game that she finished with 10 points. She shot .304 from the field, .220 from beyond the arc and .843 from the free throw line.
