Bryon Beal (born May 15, 1995) is an American former college football player who played for the Lindenwood Lions of Mid-American Conference.
Biography[]
Beal played Chaminade College Preparatory School in St. Louis, Missouri, where he was a three-sport star. He was named to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's Dream Team for football and basketball as a senior. In football, he was a two-time All-league selection and was the Moore League Lineman of the Year. He was a first-team All-conference selection and was named second-team All-state by MaxPreps.com.
After redshirting his initial year at Lindenwood, Beal saw action at left guard in eleven games on the season, starting three. In his sophomore year, he started first seven games of season at left tackle before suffering a broken fibula and a dislocated ankle in game seven, and missed the remainder of the season due to injury. As a junior, Beal started 12 games as the Lions' center and the other as the right guard, playing more than 900 snaps. He played as the starting left tackle as a senior in 2018.
Personal Life[]
Beal is the son of Bobby and Besta Beal, and has four brothers: Brandon, Bruce, Bradley, and twin Byron. All four are athletes: Brandon played tight end at Northern Illinois; Bruce played offensive lineman at Alabama State; Bradley is a member of the Washington Wizards, and Byron played defensive line at Lindenwood University.
